What will you be doing?

As an Operations Development and Support intern, you will work closely with the account management and field sales teams. You will assist with various operational tasks, optimize processes, and analyze data to identify and improve organizational bottlenecks. You will collaborate directly with the manager to support the team and our growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting the account management or field sales team with daily operational tasks.

• Analyzing sales and customer data to generate insights and identify opportunities.

• Optimizing processes within the team and organization.

• Contributing to improving customer experience and sales processes.

• Helping streamline internal communication and workflows.

• Supporting the planning and execution of field sales or account management activities.

Your profile:

• You are pursuing an HBO or university degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• You have an affinity for data analysis and process optimization.

• You have an innovative mindset and are always looking for improvements.

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.

• Experience with Excel and/or other data analysis tools is a plus.

Key qualifications:

– For senior positions, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales leadership roles.
